Happy 2017 Everyone!! We are once again at the very beginning of a 365 page book and I have so many things planned for this year. I want every experience to be epic; I don't do basic very well. 😉
But good times means good planning and it's always easy to fall off track. So, I start my year off with a planning meeting...over breakfast of course because, you can't think well on an empty stomach! The New Year Breakfast meeting is something I started with my son last year; I really wanted him to start setting and writing down his goals for the year, along with me. He is a Freshman in high school this year and staying focused is more important than ever. "Most of our goals are a build up of small achievements", - Ashley Feinstein for Forbes.
Understanding WHY you want to accomplish the goal along with writing it down, visualizing and looking at it every day makes it more likely to come to fruition. "See your goal in your head, feel it with your five senses. Close your eyes, and think about what you’ll feel like, what you’ll be wearing, who will be there. What’s it going to smell like? See it happening. I truly believe that if you can see it, you can make it so. Visualize it, and see what it feels like. And don’t worry about how it’s going to happen—just trust that it will." - Lacey Stone, Time Magazine.
It doesn't matter if you are a business owner, a teenager or even a new mom; setting and writing your goals down is something everyone should do. it can't hurt right?
Mans to make things super easy, I used these printable sheets to refelct on 2016 and plan for 2017. Give it a try and plan to kick some ass in 2017!
