January week two down and the focus for many of us is still on planning for the year ahead. Don't try to tackle the whole thing at once; consistency is key.
Here in New England, we are in the heart of the winter months. Dedicated runners start their journey before the sun comes up, it's cold, it's dark, but they're dedicated. I wish I were a runner.
