Your senior portrait day should be a confidence-packed, fun, whirlwind of a day to look back upon and your photos should reflect that. When I get my own photos taken, I just want them to come out good. I don't want to worry about how it gets done. Ain't no one got time for that!
We will collaborate so that I know what is important to you. We are going to see each other face-to-face BEFORE shoot day, so that I'm not a stranger in your face with a camera, but a friend. I'll take care of the details and give you the tools so that all you have to do is show up prepared, get pampered and be the star of the day.

Oh, Hey MOMs...
Both the senior and the parent have to be happy.
Whether we like it or not, we live in an Instagram world. Teens are more familiar with trends and how they want to look in their photos. (or NOT to look) Their photos need to be "post worthy". So, I keep up with the trends. I am also a Mom and have been through the senior year process. We just love to see our kid's face. Bonus for a big 'ole smile. I always make sure that your gallery has a balance of artsy/trendy and classic portraiture.

RAINS?
I only take a limited amount of seniors to photograph during the summer because that weather can be tempermental. Cloudy days are not a big deal, but I do not make you take pictures in the rain. You wouldn't like it and neither would my camera gear. The weather app and I become summer besties so that we can reschedule if necessary.
